Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Durham Celebrates Eswarama Day
Durham North Sai Group, with Swami’s blessings and guidance, had its inauguration Bhajans on March 16th 2014. As a Sai Group, about 10 to 12 Sai Devotees from Durham Region met for regular service at La l Roya Banquet Hall located in Ajax Ontario. The group also actively participated in various regional programs including partnering up with Landsdowne Sai Centre at the Global Akhand Bhajan. In Dec. 2014, the group formed its active members committee comprised of about 10 Devotees and formally elected its Office Bearers. Along with the election of the Office Bearers, the Durham North Sai initiated weekly Bal Vikas classes and Study Circles along with monthly Seva activities.
On Thursday July 9th 2015, Durham North Sai group officially received Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Durham recognition by Dr. T. Thayaparan, President, National Council Sathya Sai International Organization (SSIO) Canada.

I am writing on behalf of the Sathya Sai International Organization (SSIO) Canada to inform you that Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Durham is now an accredited member of the Sathya Sai International Organization Canada. All activities in the centre shall be strictly spiritual within the guidelines of the Sathya Sai International Organization. I am also attaching copies of the Guidelines and Operations Manual for centres, for your reference.

Easwaramma Day Celebration
Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Durham celebrated Easwaramma day on May 7th. The Bal Vikas Children and our young youth have taken the leadership to organize this special Bhajans with our beloved mothers in mind. A special Bhajan was organized by the children to appreciate their life giving maatha. With Swami's blessing all of the children offered Roses that were blessed at our Lord's lotus feet and Swami Sri Sathya Sai Baba to their mothers and elders who were valued and loved humbly as their beloved mothers. Beautiful Bhajans were sung by the children and mothers bring out Swami's vibration and presence. A special thanks to Swami for allowing us to offer our humble love at his Lotus Feet on behalf our Bal Vikas children and their Blessed Mothers.

Durham Sai Centre Joins Don Mills and Toronto East Centres at Global Akanda Bhajans 2015
The Bal Vikas Children Sri Sathya Sai Baba Centre celebrated Eswarama day by making a number of informative and informational presentations. The Bal Vikas Children started the celebration by singing 3 Bhajans to welcome Swami followed by Group 1 children presenting Values (Love, Right Conduct, Truth, Non Violence, Peace). Group 2 Boys and Girls presented about mother Eswarama and her love for serving every one and how she cared about the children. The celebration ended with Swami’s discourse from 2003 about Eswarama followed by Arathi. The Bal Vikas Children offered flower to our Devoted Guru’s Sister Keemla and Sister Abirami and seeking their blessings. Guru Keemla and Guru Abi has been very devoted to the children and through love they were able to motivate and teach Swami’s message. These two Guru’s are truly mother Eswarama.
